Hello we are Andy and Erin Owens, home missionaries serving with Fellowship of Christian Athletes in the Central and Eastern Kentucky areas.  Andy is from Beattyville, KY where we are now serving and Erin is originally from Charleston, WV.   We have two beautiful children Maeven Cady and Judah Andrew.

God has given us a passion for discipleship and sport and recreational ministry.  We are currently using those passions and gifts with FCA.  Andy serves as an Area Representative with FCA and is working with coaches and students in middle schools, high schools, and also at Eastern Kentucky University.

Erin has a heart for not only ministering to our children, but also discipling teen and college age girls.  We are excited to see how our interaction with all these schools will lead to discipleship opportunities for her!

We are so thankful for the opportunities that God has given us to serve him and want to invite you to follow our blog where you can keep up with us.  Our blog will be updated regularly with ministry updates, prayer requests, needs, and opportunities for you to participate in ministry with us.    Thank you for joining us on this journey God has for us!

  1. Andy and Erin,
In prayer for you through this difficult journey. I am a survivor of breast cancer and find the group (FB) Beyond the Pink Moon to be an awesome source of support and community. I was not ready to join at first, but have found it a blessed experience to be able to encourage others who are not as far along in this process as I am.
The LORD gave me this verse, “Thought the mountains be shaken and cast into the sea and the hills be removed, yet My unfailing love for you will never be removed” (excuse paraphrase). It was one of the verses that I read over while sitting in waiting rooms for tests and treatment. I found God’s word so powerful to me during my treatment.
    Blessings and peace,
    Edith Camacho
