Greetings from Beattyville! It’s been a while since our last update and we thank you so much for your prayers and support.
Since our last post, our prayer letter, we have been really getting into the swing of our fall ministry schedules. At the Rec Center last week we kicked off our Winter Bowling Leagues. We have leagues starting up for singles, women, men, and leagues that are mix of both men and women. After a slow summer, we are excited to see our regular bowlers coming back and hopefully some new bowlers to join us.
This afternoon we are our After School Jr. Bowling League outreach is starting back. We will be bussing students from all the schools in Lee County to the Rec Center each Monday afternoon for bowling, pizza, and we will be doing weekly devotions with the students. On Friday, we held a meeting for all of our staff and volunteers and we are going to have people on the lanes with the students teaching them how to bowl, and at the same time following up on the devotionals and any things that may be going on in the lives of the students. Please pray for us as we reach these students with the love of Christ!
The first week of September we started our Lee County High and Middle School FCA Huddles. This year we are working with our students through our theme of “Undefeated.” Each week I (Andy) have been going through our FCA studies with the students and talking with them about how they can live “Undefeated” lives through their relationships with Christ. It’s been great to see how our students are taking to the lessons and coming faithfully. In our middle school huddle we have had over 40 students join us each week so far! Please keep praying for us as we work with these students that lives would be changed for Christ and that God will be glorified in our schools!
In family news we have also had an eventful few weeks. Maeven and Judah are both now attending a once a week pre school program at a church in Richmond, KY. They have been enjoying making new friends, learning about letters and numbers, Bible stories, and even cooking! It’s been great as we have especially seen with Judah where his verbal skills are improving each week.

Maeven had a bit of an accident last week on some monkey bars and after a day spent in doctors offices and the hospital we found out she fractured her wrist. She was pretty shook up, but is now just excited to be showing everyone here new pink cast. We are thankful it looks like she will be ok and only have to wear it for a couple of weeks before moving to a splint.
We appreciate your prayers as we are going to be very busy over the next few weeks with various outreaches, student events, and church events. And once again thank you so much for your support!
